CRPD002: NPJS/CRPD Pre-Service On-Line Training

Course Description:

NPJS Center for Research & Professional Development (CRPD) offers the convenience and affordability of computer-based training, while ensuring that new and pre-service careworkers receive personal attention from experienced staff. New employees can entirely complete the 24-hours of training using either compact disks or the Internet web site from their home or facility computer. Additionally, the program provides extensive personnel resources for administrators such as orientation checklists, emergency procedures, sample employee handbooks and forms.

The Basic Package for $98.00 includes:

• compact disks containing training modules, reading assignments, video clips, on-line activities, quizzes, and personnel orientation section for administrators
• mentor trainer manual containing paper versions of all of the training content except videos in a 3-ring binder
• 2 years unlimited access to the training program web site.
