Seven lessons present basic management principles in a lifelike case study format. Course earns 6.0 CEUs. Lesson content includes:

  2. The Manager's Responsibility toward Delegation and Motivation
  3. The Supervisor's Need for Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
  4. Planning/Organization
  5. Staffing
  6. The Manager's Responsibility in Leading and Controlling
  7. Managerial Relations with the Union and Employees

This course is widely recognized in training for certification, job upgrading for promotion, and recertification.

Course materials include the study guide and textbook.

The enrollee studies each assignment, then completes objective tests on-line through the course web site. The tests are immediately graded with the results being viewable by the student.

At least one lesson per month should be completed, requiring no more than ten hours.
